Each fall, we ask young people from the United States, Canada, and beyond to send us their ballots nominating the best-value and worst-value hit songs from the current calendar year.

The votes are in! You can hear the results by listening to the brand new Dirty Dozen and Psalm 151 audio tracks, radio-style "countdown shows" that count down the best-value and worst-value songs of the year while discussing the values contained within the songs. Your CD comes complete with meeting designs. These lively, engaging, and up-to-date audio tracks are great for classes, meetings or personal reflection. Top Music Countdown: Now Even Better!

For over 20 years, Top Music Countdown has helped youth ministers, teachers and parents incorporate popular music into their youth gatherings, lessons and family discussions. Now, Top Music Countdown is available as a monthly online magazine.

Using a personalized username and password, subscribers log on to our Web site to find the latest issue. Each issue contains a listing of 25 top songs on the charts, the issues discussed in these songs, and suggested discussion questions and activities. Each song also contains links to lyrics and a current music video. This countdown is accompanied by articles from a variety of writers, giving you additional ways to incorporate music, movies and other elements of youth culture into your programs or family discussions. Each issue even contains a printable poster of the Top 25 Review to display in your classroom or meeting area.

We are excited to announce a big change to Top Music Countdown. Beginning now, if you purchase a one-year subscription (only $40), this includes permission to share this resource with other youth ministers, teachers, staff and families at your individual church or school. Cornerstone Media's Annual charity fundraiser, The Wine Country Golf Classic, is set for May 14, 2009. I realize that many of you around the country cannot attend the event, but have a deep care for the mission and ministry of Cornerstone Media.

Here's how you can be involved and support us. The grand raffle prize is a 50 bottle wine cellar of fantastic wines! Tickets can be purchased for $20 or a book of 5 tickets for $80. We would love you to take advantage of this rare opportunity.
